1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as opened skincare items) may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, or
- Before the order has been shipped
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
